📘 TERMS & CONDITIONS (Noctivion Studio) Last Updated: November 26, 2025 These Terms & Conditions govern your access and use of the Noctivion Studio website and services. By working with us, browsing our site, or booking a call, you agree to these terms. 1. Services Noctivion provides creative services including: Video production Editing & post-production Drone cinematography Showreels & brand capsules Landing pages + brand hero videos Ongoing retainers Scope and deliverables are defined per client proposal. 2. Proposals & Quotes Proposals include: Project scope Deliverables Timeline Pricing Once a proposal is approved, it becomes the binding scope for the project. 3. Payments Payment terms will be defined in your proposal or invoice. Deposits are required for project initiation unless otherwise stated. Work begins only after the initial payment clears. Late payments may affect project timelines. 4. Revisions Unless stated otherwise: Each project includes a limited number of revisions defined in the proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes will incur additional charges. 5. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide: Timely feedback Access to locations or assets Accurate project information Delays in feedback or asset delivery may affect project timelines. 6. Ownership & Licensing 6.1 Client Ownership Upon final payment: Clients receive full rights to final delivered media unless otherwise stated. 6.2 Noctivion Rights Noctivion retains: Rights to use project work for portfolio and marketing unless client requests otherwise in writing. 7. Cancellations See refund policy below. Projects that are paused or abandoned by the client for more than 14 days may be archived. 8. Liability Noctivion is not liable for: Losses due to delays outside our control Client-provided assets that infringe copyright Issues caused by third-party platforms (hosting, social media, etc.) 9.
