💰 REFUND POLICY (Noctivion Studio) Last Updated: November 26, 2025 Noctivion Studio provides customized creative work, meaning all services are time-based, expertise-based, and non-returnable. This policy explains how refunds are handled. 1. Project Deposits Deposits are non-refundable unless: No work has started and the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of payment. Once pre-production begins, deposits cannot be refunded. 2. Service Refunds Because all services are custom-produced: Completed work is non-refundable. Work already started (strategy, scripting, editing, shooting) cannot be refunded. Refunds are only offered when: Noctivion fails to deliver work as described in the agreed proposal and cannot remedy the issue within a reasonable time. 3. Retainer Refunds Retainers are prepaid for access to ongoing service hours. Unused hours: Are not refundable May be rolled forward only if stated in your agreement 4. Client Delays If a project is delayed or paused due to client unresponsiveness: No refunds are offered Remaining time may be rescheduled at Noctivion’s discretion 5. Cancellations If the client cancels: Deposit is forfeited Hours already worked are billed Remaining unused hours are non-refundable If Noctivion cancels: A proportional refund may be issued for undelivered work 6. Digital Products If Noctivion later sells templates or digital products: All digital downloads are non-refundable. 7.
